Once at the hotel, how do I go down to town?: From the hotel we do several trips to the village every day you can go with us if you want. Last trip is around 17:00 hrs

You can enjoy a nice 20 min walk from the hotel to the village.
Special diets?: Please let us know any special diets or restrictions and we will take care of it.
How can I pay for the hotel?: You can pay

Does Drake have ATMs?: Unfortunately there are no ATMs in Drake Bay so make sure you get cash for your needs before arrival.

Can tours be booked through you?: Thats right, we are at your disposal to help you manage the reservations for the tours you want to take. Our priority is to ensure that you enjoy your experience to the fullest.
How far in advance should tours be booked?: In the last years more people are coming to Drake Bay so we recommend to book some tours in advance, like Night tour, Corcovado tour.
How do I get to the tour meeting point and vice versa?: When booking tours through the hotel, the cost of transportation is included in the final price of the activity. If you decide to book the tours independently, we recommend coordinating your own transportation or using our taxi service at an additional cost.
Where is payment for the tours made?: Payment is made directly at the tour operator office, either before or after the activity. You can also pay at the hotel for your tour but only cash payments.
Can the tours be paid with a card?: Yes you can pay tours with your credit card.
Some tours only accept cash payments like horseback tour, night tour, local transportation boat, taxis.

Should I reserve it in advance?: To ensure your comfort and avoid any inconvenience, we ask that you inform us of the boat you will be arriving on. This way, we can reserve your seats and ensure that your transfer is hassle-free.
What is the cost of the boat?: The price of the boat is 20 USD per person
Childs under 4 yrs are free
How much luggage do I carry?: Please note that we do not have docks at Drake Bay and boats disembark directly on the beach. For this reason, we recommend that you bring only what you need for your stay during the days you are here. This will ensure a more comfortable and worry-free experience.
So where do I leave the rest of the luggage?: In Sierpe, you have the option of parking your vehicle in the Hotel Oleaje Sereno parking lot, at a cost of $7 per day. We suggest you leave the rest of the things you do not need in the trunk.
When I arrive in Drake, how do I get to the hotel?: We will be waiting for your arrival on the beach to offer you a free transfer from there to the hotel.

Can you get to the hotel by car?
Do we have to cross rivers?: The answer is NO, you don't need to cross any river to get to Drake Bay, please use WAZE app and do not take the Sierpe route. You will have to go to Chacarita gas station and from there to Rincon where you'll find the detour to Drake Bay.
What condition are the roads in?: The roads are in good condition, however it is important to mention that along the way there are numerous potholes that can make driving a little rough in certain areas.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?: We offer you a taxi service to get to the hotel.
Should I reserve it in advance?: To ensure your comfort and avoid any inconvenience, we request that you inform us in advance of your arrival time.
What is the cost of transportation?: The approximate minimum cost for the service is $30 each way. If more than 4 people travel, from that amount, each additional person has a cost of 10 USD per trip.
How much luggage can I carry on the plane?: We remind you that there is a weight limit for luggage, so we recommend checking this information on your tickets before your trip to ensure you comply with luggage restrictions.
